i found the room quite underwhelming it was advertised as a beautiful room but looked quite dated the bathroom fittings showed wear and tear a cracked tile was also evident. the room overlooked an internal courtyard this resulted in very limited natural light. the noise from nearby service areas was noticeable throughout the day impacting the feeling of tranquility.

The room was quiet and clean. the breakfast included fresh pretzels and pastries. It was all excellent. the staff was super helpful and the housekeeping staff did a great job each day. the bartenders at falk's made great drinks and were quick to check in and ensure we were happy.
I already posted a review. It doesn't seem to have been loaded yet. the room service order was not what i expect from a five-star hotel. there was generally disappointing service.
